The Level Hotel in Hai Phong was clean, comfortable, helpful, and affordable. The location was convenient, with a short taxi ride to the ferry for Cat Ba island. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room I stayed in during my business trip was very spacious and had both wood and ceramic tile flooring. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the other hotels in the city that used carpeting. The bed was comfortable, and the room smelled good. Another plus was that the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel lacked nearby places to eat or drink within walking distance, but this was not a major issue as there were food shops within a 500 meter radius. the hotel did not have a spa facility, which would have been a great addition.

I had a great stay at this hotel for a night before heading to an island. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff was very helpful. They provided me with clear directions to get to the ferry, which took around 20 minutes in a taxi. I also appreciated the affordability of this hotel.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
